By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter a binding contract. Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is verified; please check it and notify us within 12 hours of any error, otherwise the confirmation stands. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable Greek VAT 24%. Payment is processed securely via Shopify. We do not store full card details.
4. Product & sizing
Colors may vary slightly by display. Check the size guide before ordering, as archival/vintage-inspired cuts may run differently from standard sizing.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including the Bitumin Blu and BBRT names, logos, photography, and designs — is owned by [Bitumin Blú I.K.E.] and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bitumin Blu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under Greek or EU law (death, personal injury, fraud).
7. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, extreme weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.
8. Governing law
Governed by Greek law; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
